Job Description

We are currently seeking a Korean/English Site Interpreter.
Starting pay: $25.00/h - $30.00/h
Great Lakes Skilled Trades is seeking a Bilingual Korean and English Site Interpreter to join our team for a large construction project. This position involves working directly on the construction site, facilitating communication between English-speaking and Korean-speaking work crews.
Responsibilities:- Serve as an on-site translator between English-speaking and Korean-speaking construction crews.- Facilitate clear and effective communication to accurately convey project specifications, safety protocols, and work instructions.- Assist with translating documents, signage, and other written materials as needed.- Support coordination and collaboration among team members.
Qualifications:- Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.- Experience with construction trades is a plus
