At Great Lakes SKilled Trades, we are seeking young highly driven Concrete Finisher/Laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher/Laborer, you will play an important role in bringing construction projects to life in Racine, WI.
What we offer:
Up to $20/hr (DOE)
Flexible scheduling
Opportunity to work on exciting construction projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum experience just needs to have a little recent construction experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
Experience with hand and power tools
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Willing to learn and grow
Preferred Skills:
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
As a Concrete Finisher/Laborer at Great Lakes Skilled Trades, you will work alongside a team of skilled professionals to finish concrete surfaces and perform general labor duties. A typical day may involve smoothing and leveling concrete surfaces, installing concrete forms, and preparing surfaces for the next phase of construction.
