Job Description
Great Lakes Skilled Trades seeks an Interior Designer proficient in Chief Architect software in the Howard, OH area!
Pay is $25-$35/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed interior design plans using Chief Architect software.Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers.Create concept sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.Select furnishings, finishes, and fixtures.Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.Coordinate with contractors and vendors.Conduct site visits.Stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.Proficiency in Chief Architect software or equivalent software.Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail.Effective communication and project management skills.Flexibility and willingness to travel.
