Job Description

Job May Include:
- Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and repairs
- Waste disposal: Emptying trash bins, handling waste debris, and disposing of garbage
- Supply management: Ordering cleaning materials and equipment, and restocking supplies
- Record keeping: Keeping basic written records of cleaning procedures
- Safety: Adhering to health and safety policies and regulations
- Cleaning technicians may use specialized cleaning machinery and chemicals. They may also need to move or cover furniture for deep cleaning tasks.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1+ years of experience in restoration cleanup
- Good physical stamina and be able to stand for long periods
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Understanding of safety on construction sites
- Must be reliable and able to take direction
